What is our return policy?
Our first goal is your satisfaction. You have 30 days to return an item that is unused, unpackaged, and in resalable condition for a refund if you're not entirely happy with your purchase. For cartridges and derma stamps, we are only able to provide a partial refund with a 35% restocking fee. When choosing the type of cartridges, exercise caution. Please be aware that only direct purchases made on our website are covered by this policy. Please get in touch with the retailer if you bought the product somewhere else.
How do I initiate a return?
Within 30 days of the date of purchase, returns are permitted. Kindly send an email to our Customer Support Team at businessdrhome@gmail.com. We will respond in 2 days.
How long is the warranty?
In addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee, we offer a one-year warranty from the date of your product purchase.
What does our limited warranty cover?
During the guarantee period, our warranty covers material or workmanship faults resulting from normal use. If a product turns out to be flawed, we will replace it for free.
Change of Mind Policy
As long as the item is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, you have 30 days to return it for a complete refund if you decide to change your mind.
A 35% restocking fee will be applied if a return is approved but does not fit the return policy requirements (for example, the product has been used, opened, or unsealed, or it is a cartridge or derma stamp). You must provide a picture or video that shows the state of the item you want to return or the problem you are having with it in order to start a return or replacement request.
Your item must be unopened or sealed, in its original packing, with all accessories included, and in the same condition as when you received it due to health and safety regulations.
Damages and issues
In order for us to assess the problem and correct it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if an item is broken, defective, or the incorrect item is sent to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Regretfully, gift cards and sale products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Returning the item you have and then buying a new one separately after the return is approved is the quickest approach to be sure you get what you want.
What is our refund policy?
